All packages include three hours of bar service. Set-up and breakdown occur outside your booked service time.

Music continues during additional booked hours for Hitch & Harmony and The Whole Celebration. Please arrange extra time in advance. Event-day extensions depend on availability.
Alcohol & guest count
You purchase the alcohol. We provide a shopping list for your beer, wine, and two selected signature cocktails. Any alcohol budgets shown are estimates and vary by brands, menu, and event length. Please include everyone receiving bar service, including alcohol-free drinks, in your guest count. Celebrating with more than 100 guests? Contact us for a custom quote.
Music & playlists
Music packages include sound-system setup in one location and playback of your playlist or a complimentary THH playlist. MC hosting, announcements, and timed ceremony cues are not included. Custom playlist curation is available for $125.
Décor & personal touches
The Whole Celebration includes styling around the trailer using our available décor collection. Fresh flowers, specialty purchases, and decorating beyond the bar area are quoted separately.
Location & access
The trailer requires suitable parking, level ground, and clear access for delivery and pickup. We’ll confirm space and power needs before booking. Travel charges may apply based on your location and will be included in your quote.
Booking & cleanup
Your final quote will confirm the package, guest count, service hours, and any additional charges. Payment and cancellation terms will be provided before you reserve. Cleanup covers our bar area and equipment.
